Help!  My knob is cracked.

  As always, our policy is to automatically replace any cracked knobs, regardless of cause or date of purchase.  
  In response to these reports, we have upgraded the black knob used in the production of new nutcrackers.  The new knob exhibits the Kenkel, Inc. logo and is made of a more resilient plastic.  The superior properties of the new knob insure that nuts are the only things cracking.



Help!  How do I adjust the nutcracker for my smallest hazelnuts?

  In response to hazelnut lovers everywhere, we have lengthened the bolt on the nutcracker.  Now the bolt can be adjusted to meet the nut holder and no nut is too small!
